In Europe there are these things called taxes. The employers and employees pay them so that we literally don't effing die or bankrupt our entire bloodline when catching a cold. (Practically communism, I know right?). Like mentioned, their costs amount to 306aud / day / employee. Thats around 190eur. 190eur including all costs and taxes equals around 100eur / day net for the employee. I really hope you don't think an average of 100eur / day income is excessive.
