My personal favourite was this time last year, at $6.20, when VUL management tried to issue themselves performance shares for a milestone they had not met... only for the ASX to slap them down and remind them you can't just arbitrarily decide "we missed the target but we think we deserve them anyway". Just another in a long line of red flags.
