$51k admin costs for a quarter aren't that bad, actually. Only looks bad because they're not actually doing anything!

Having said that, I'd exit, if I could. I cant believe that ASX/ASIC pick up companies on relatively minor transgressions but allow a publically listed company to remain in suspension for this long, giving them licence to do what ever they want.

If you recall (if you're THAT old!), the company went into suspension on the basis of an imminent deal being done. That was over a year ago.
