Surely you have. Happens everyday of the week. Thats what corporate advice involves and includes - i.e. M&A. Which company on the ASX doesnt hire or have people on the payroll with at least some corporate advisory experience?
A part of Greshams expertise includes corporate advisory which includes 'strategic advice'.
