IMO it appears the SP is being deliberately pushed down in effect to keep the fall of SP after the reconstruction. At 005 the entry price will be 075. The directors are not acting in the best interests of S/H. IMO they are derilic in their duty.As previously stated we are heading to bankruptcy as a result of the reconstruction and dont for get their will be further capital raising in the near future.
