What am I missing? recent acquision is debt funded and is more than paying for itself!. IC is 3 times which may not be high investment grade, but certainly isn't embarrasing by any measure!. It has $3.6m sitting in the bank!.
In this sceanrio equity holders should be getting all the value of the assets!!, which is around $40-60m.
Therefore share price should be around 2 cents, not including any blue sky!!.
I bought early this morning at 0.07 cents, I suggest you join me.
