The reports you read were as at end of March.
They did a cap raising in April which does not appear on the report. More money coming again late May.
There is no substantial legal issue with Wardlaw. That is just WHN hot air. The issue will disappear. In fact if you read the comments carefully they are already setting it up to disappear.
Pigs will fly before WHL has an operational windfarm or receives any substantial money for the windfarm site and plans.
There is only one lead ( not 12) with the possibility of 5.44 million barrels. The isis report will tell you the likely capacity for each lead.
