I don't know about you guys, but I am GLAD that they're spending the CR money. What else were they going to do? Sit on it? Put it in the bank and go to the bahamas? No doubt that the amount of mobilisation of equipment is determined by how much you've got to spend.
Peter isn't an idiot, he knows how much money he has and how long he needs to make it last for.
I don't know about you guys, but I am GLAD that they're spending...
