Many mistakes in this. And then refer to the quarterly activities report much does not make sound business sense.

It appears that ASIC have not as yet approved the draft replacement prospectus.

The Stat.Demand for $10,000,000 has not had agreement reached to pay back over a 12 week period. If agreement is reached where is the money to come from and are there penalities.

This whole saga seems to have no basis what so ever.

Hope for the sake of every day shareholders ASIC throughly investigate this along with other companies that have been under the same control.
