    Humble we have probably done this to death - the W.A govt presumably are happy to accept a bank guarantee but they may very well insist on an Aussie or American backed bank ?

    Timeone dont have any cash which is why they had to tap the new mob - Tony listed a website for them and they dont seem to be a fly by night mob.

    Obviously someone is prepared to advance them $70m ( collectively ) in spite of being BVI shelf companies formed specifically for this investment.

    I just wondered why the report stated bond by way of bank guarantee instead of cash.
