After talking to Miles I can confirm that your statement is correct, and add that the $1.1m is included in the "Loans made to related party etc..."
In essence, what this means is that our cash position projected for the end of the current quarter is $1.1m better off than we thought, i.e. $2.5m rather than $1.4m.
