All depends on HOW much longer the freakin' delay is with the TOL issuance. Delays have the potential to be infinite....cash however is a finite supply. The question all along has been how soon....when....give us a timeframe. Still waiting on all counts....hence manipulation will continue accordingly and in reality as we can plainly see on these 'ever so green' days !! In the words of Zachary Smith......'Oh the pain !'
