Aha! Well spotted, that's a bit hidden away. You're right, that probably does explain the unexpected capital raising, though it would be nice if management had been up front about that.

I guess as the Sillaro reserves dwindle slowly with production the banks won't lend so much against them.

It's not clear to me that the cash shortage is doing much to slow down progress, or whether the hurdles there are largely regulatory. But the approvals are slowly being ticked off, and we know they have the resources to get wells drilled and producing, so it may take longer than expected but I'm confident that Bezzeca and San Alberto will come on line one day, as will the wells in the pipeline behind them.
