Like I said for very long time... $500K+ to pay salary for people also work for Mineralogy. Yes, CP most likely will do another share placement to pay his Mineralogy staff wage, but will dilute your holding to nothing.
Try to do share placement of $5m at $0.06-0.07c.... do your maths. Even if (a big if) you get JV partner, how much more dilution will it be? People after been massive royalty pay to CP by CITIC and legal action against CITIC, who will invest?
