they have worked very hard and preserved capital taking the slow and steady approach, you are right as a number of positive developments are now taking place, it would be easy to inflate the share price and dilute the company for growth but could backfire as well so the company has been running on its own merits unlike most small caps, looks like a very safe bet now, fingers and toes crossed, go po!!
