Have a look at page 8 of the Quarterly:

"Nemex has received early interest from a number of commodity traders to pursue an offtake agreement....Nemex is continuing to negotiate with these parties...with a view to advancing the project to a stage where an offtake agreement can be signed."

I think this is the key sentence in the Quarterly. Hope it pans out.
