Good spot re GCDD0039: they're presumably awaiting assay results.
I'm not surprised about their decision on Kaskara. The analyst reports released at the turn of the year made little mention of it. It's something to return to. They're conserving the cash for the near surface exploration at Guchab and Schlangental and that makes perfect sense.
