Explanation on page 5 of Activity report -
Capital Raise Subsequent to the end of the quarter the Company completed a placement of 23.1 million fully share at $0.135 to sophisticated investors raising $3.1 million. The placement was managed by Taylor Prior to the raising, as at 30 June 2014, the Company had a cash at bank balance of $0.53 million.
