Tombo, there's no point firing any questions about this lot simply because you will never get an honest answer. My experience with Malaysians when they are investing is nothing short of them being full of BS. They are all talk and never come up with the goods. This has now turned out to be a massive joke and the end will not be too far away. I seriously doubt if we will ever see the document about the rights issue but you never know.
