    Your question is valid, I am also wondering about that. May be devil is in the details of "Forestry Approval and Finance". Any idea what is usually involved in the Forestry Approval and what are the chances of deal slipping through the cracks because of not getting Forestry Approval.

    What do you mean by "broker traders confirm it is all BR"?
