Hasnainj, beyond anything I have seen also. However the main game for CKRA is their iron ore deposits in Java. They have had their exports banned until they put in an upgrading system. Ban came into force in Jan 2014. I was in Indo at the time and the marines boarded the ships queuing up to load and stop any sales. Was an operation like shifting the Aussies for execution.
So they have declared they will set up steel mill and they need a captive coking coal supply. One may think that their iron ore business is making progress and inflating the share price. Seems stupid on their part to offer 10 shares for each CKA share if their was a catalyst imminent to raise the CKRA share price.

Sell on Commsec, USD 130 or 1% whichever is greater. Also, iron ore price is in significant recovery. How long it lasts is only for the gods to know!!
