That makes the bid in excess of 25c scrip based
I seriously do not buy that someone sold 6M shares at 8-9c for tax purposes though. Why would you sell at a 50% discount to a formal T/O for tax benefits, it make no sense
Just more of the usual garbage manipulation that has plagued the stock
