Doctor, I have a feeling that your post may be slammed on this forum.
My view is, I am not sure what they do and get up to because its not communicated to shareholders. My hope is what you are saying 'toiled tirelessly for years' holds true. If they get this across the line then they have served their purpose and earned their salary.
I doubt they are sitting round doing nothing as some suggest when the share price goes down.
