Possibly the issue for market with the world average diamond sales statement is that it's over a short time period and would need to be sustained over a much longer operational period for the market to take notice.

Personally those kind of statements just come across as a bit of a empty ramp, need to see actual mining returns,revenue vs operational costs.

Lulo could very well be the best diamon provice in the world, but unless LOM itself can successsfully tap into that the SP and MC will reflect otherwise.
