    Hard to believe the administrators are so embarrassed about the price that they will not disclose it. Surely not only a dollar? Even if completely legal, this would be theft merely legitimized by our dodgy laws..

    Funny they will not disclose the commission and fees to Macquarie either who appear to be doing all the work despite the administrations pulling millions in fees every months and stretching out the process as long as possible to make the best use of the $70m they started with.

    I wonder if the MQG fee is only slightly more than the sale price or could it be many thousands percent of the sale price?

    Of course... any outcome perfectly legal in Australia which now appears to be run by white collar crime syndicates. ASIC has flatly refused to take action on a number of matters related to BND over the years so shareholders can be sure if all the assets are sold for a dollar that ASIC will keep it's blind eye firmly fixed.
