    Guinea Bissau:
    I note a two year extension has been approved - beginning on 26 Nov 2015 and concluding on 25 Nov 2018.
    What sort of a calendar are they using? When I went to school a two year period would end on 25 Nov 2017 but maybe the old-timer disease is kicking in!
