It's more of a pain and outside the normal process but not entitled to have at this point but it's far from a deal breaker. He can request being on the permit via a law firm to give it more weight, but in the end it's not upto him and is not suing the company. I personally think they will sort it out and move on. This has dropped on the smallest of volume so I am looking for some buyers to take advantage of that if the price reflects it. I hear management are up there next week. Dyor
