I asked @Varuka what the potential issue could be but no one has answered it yet

@copperroad I assume that is what you are referring to in your post, the JV partner has been slow with drilling up to date ?

The deposit is a license to print money, so I doubt the JV partner would want to delay the commencement of mining, after all he will own 42% of it
