MOY has just across my radar based on their latest 4C. Spent the last few hours looking into it, and Im struggling to grasp how grossly undervalued it seems to be. PE trading at 1-2x, compared with other gold producers which range from anywhere between 10-40x PE. Cash flow positive, almost zero debt (supposedly will be paid off by Q1 2016) and earnings which dwarf its book value. I know they just had big cap raising (relative to market cap at the time) but it seems all to good to be true, am I missing something?? seems like a no brainer to buy and buy as much as you can.
Can any long termers shed some light on any up coming risks, contentious events, trading patterns etc that may not be obvious from the financials, forecasts and the Beer coverage report that is potentially holding this SP back?
