Yes...but not the result I was after (temporary moratorium). Furthermore is good until 1 May 2019 before reassessment.
Somewhere between 1.3 - 1.6m lbs per annum from the market. Not huge, not meaningless either.
It's now full circle back to Jap restarts, and US contracting being the next catalyst. oh, and LH mine going to the Middle Kingdom could expedite things a bit.
In the meantime, buying is cheapest its ever been (literally!).
