That's the problem.
Most U producers CANNOT buy on spot & sell into contracts.
It would be GREAT if ALL producers would/ could buy spot & deliver into fixed price contracts & the rest takes care of itself.
It is due to the visionary nature of GUS that PEN is one of the FEW producers that ensured that this could take place.
Thanks to GUS, he left a great legacy for PEN to ensure its path forward.
