That 199.58 sell order at 3.8c has been hanging around 3.3c for the past week, good to see they are moving up. No-one wants to sell below 3.1 rightly so too it's way to cheap. Nearly everyone will take a loss selling here. I think most selling is to themselves down here - create a negative vibe to induce a sell off, a few might be cutting losses moving elsewhere after the graphite results.
Few good ULI announcements will see a quick move up I think...... How long they take is the question!
