    Are you sure? These two announcements say nothing but likely spending more money!

    LGR acquires a company with graphite assets also at SL by paying with shares and deferred cash payment which is still needed to be paid.

    Regarding to the proposed JV with the Ohio company, I am curious what LGR can offers? Cash(no cash)? Graphite? Still underground in SL?
