Be suprised if there was any due diligence evidenced in writing. The auditors could not find any evidence in relation to the Graphenera investment either.
DL could start by asked the independent technical consultants and patent attorneys for a copy of their advice. If they exist and got paid for their services they should be able to provide the copies.
The second due diligence was just a trip over to see the ice cream machines.
