    It's only "sailing close to the winds" in your opinion

    Management raised $15M in a few hours at market price when this was 68c ...

    They haven't raised capital yet, because they don't need to. There is huge potential for the ban on open pit mining in Philippines to be removed around March .. that would bring their Mabilo deposit, which is 1-2Mozs @ 5-6g/t aueq back into limelight

    With an MPSA (mining license) that would send this $1+
