Cash is a total non-issue. I've held loads of shells with <$500k cash (and much less) into a deal. Keeping expenses down is the key and they're doing that. I'd say 90%+ of the time, funding comes with the new project. The beauty of blockchain is that you can acquire ICO projects that sit in parallel to the ASX entity and are essentially self-funding.
