PLS were heading down the same route at a much faster rate not long ago and I couldn’t see a way out for them other than a CR..they were then able to lock in POSCO as a stage 2 offtake partner and get a $80m equity injection to ensure they have enough working capital to complete and commission... Hopefully with the DFS and resource upgrade due for stage 2 shortly we can do the same thing, or if JRO want the lot they cough up the funds to do a TO.
