All it takes these days is one or two flights to a hot area ..set up a twitter account spruiking and you have a Disallowed...l mean l would do it for free for godsake
2 years back we had circa 6 mill cash come on our eveluation is around 500k already a 2 .5 mill discount to listing...plus 2mill cash....really makes you wonder sometimes
