Hi Gumboots. that's good, I thought you might be aware of it, but when you didn't mention it I thought perhaps you had forgotten about it. But it's such a big item compared to current cash balance that it's a bit hard to forget, isn't it, even if one wants to.
Anyways looks like they have less cash than they need for existing commitments with that $USD 3m payment due to CV4 being roughly $4m Aussie dollars, depending on what exchange rate one uses.
So less cash than needed to meet existing commitments is not a real good base to be starting from, and then add on any new commitments to fund things such as feasibility studies into battery gigafactories etc and then of course the usual costs such as director fees, management wages, electricity, rent etc just to keep operating.
Yes a years a long time as you say, gives them plenty of time to raise the required funds somehow.
Anyway all just in my very humble opinion and of course everyone should do the maths themselves and not rely on my calculations or statements, one never knows I may have made an error and I certainly wouldn't want to mislead anyone.
