I wonder why they decided to move the kit from the original site? I know the type of battery they were making is different but if you can re-purpose the equipment then it must have similarities. If this was a data centre move (probably less complex) there is a whole raft of support tech needed. Aircon (not cheap), raised floor, cabling, etc. Then there are all those undocumented 'fixes' made after initial installation to get things going. Not to mention the equipment does not like to be moved. The cost of the move and re-setup will probably be in the millions. A lot of that on support infrastructure.
