Even if there is a CR it doesnt mean its a bad thing. They are using their money wisely in value enhancing activities (drilling) . As long as the growth from the drilling is greater than the dillutionary effect of a CR then all is good.
I hope they can hold off until they post some results to minimise the dilution but of not its jot the end of the world.
Also remember these guys are taking shares as wages so if they have a intrest in minimising dilution as well.
