The situation would appear ambiguous, I agree. I had believed that 30 Sept was the date also. But, when I didn't see it in the Qtr Cash flow forecast and remembered the Jervois announcement of 29 June (as also referred by @sciaticstate) it would appear the Q4 is the timeframe - after all Jervois is the company being paid and that is when they are expecting it.
