Hi unicrumba. IMO the Sconi BFS IRR will be over 20% and the NPV similar to CLQ's Sunrise. CLQ's market cap (based on a sp @ 60 cents) is $417mil. Now, given AUZ also has Flemington to value and assuming SKI come onboard I'd say there is some considerable upside in the AUZ sp - don't you.
