Very correct and to the point Fluffy. If SKI cancel the deal and do not buy the shares in next 3 months then AUZ will have to make sure that they get the funding by then. Otherwise they will need to stop all explorations in October. That way this $5m will give them till Dec 2019 to find funding and new offtake partners while keeping all the quality employees acquired for Sconi project.
