    Hi Jas, perhaps they are trying to explain why the SP is currently trending down, despite the enthusiasm from most.

    Cashflow appears to be getting tight, which doesn't leave much, if any, room for further delays. And let's hope they have forecast that interest payment under "development"

    All just IMHO though.
