Looking at the chart we have been moving between the 200 week moving average and 300 week moving average all year. Able to reach the 300 week moving average but as yet not move convincingly able it. On the flip side we have recently reached the lower point of the range are have/are testing the 200 week moving average as support in all likelihood. All technical indicators suggest oversold and given the 200/300 week channel 'in play' a move upwards looks possible as I see it.
