Once the ML drops, as semi said - the funding will be secured.
IMO if there is a need for a CR it will be done at a much higher SP, however due to the high profitability of the Lindi operation they will be well positioned to easily carry a small chunk of debt if required for 12 months as by then they will be in production and significant revenues coming in before Xmas 2019.
Plus they will have $6M come in from the conversions of the WKTOA before Xmas 2019 anyway.
Rock Solid situation IMO.
