    I also believe now that a CR is impending, due to the same interpretation of the wording of the last announcement with an additional 300m shares consideration.
    Coupled with the 2x300m tranches and the other shares for loan repayments is adding close to 1bn extra shares, which is significant dilution.
    2.5bn or so future SOI assuming my understanding is accurate...
