No, I think they'll care.
Our Directors are smart enough to know that it hinted of avarice to the SH, so will not want to miss the opportunity given they exposed a dark side. The end will justify the means if they get it done, otherwise it'll look very bad indeed.
I'm fairly certain that all stops are being pulled to get this away no doubt.
Risk is on for sure. That's why today is a buy imho.
