I have been reading steve burns twitter (the real one) and the mechanics of stock price movements....I quote... the law of effort and result....for a price to move (result),how much volume (effort) is required......volume large but price moves little ,the current trend is in danger.....now volume and price are out of sync...that is, not in harmony, therefore the trend will not continue...….now I wont bore you with the law of supply and demand or the law of cause and effect.. both also relevant ....just to say only 600 million shares at this stage.....where do I hook up for .014 ,I hear zinc is good for your skin...to summarise.... price is simply what buyer and seller are willing to exchange ownership for... for what rules govern this change in stock price see Richard Wyckoff...…
